Seeking a Senior Air Freight Specialist to lead complex air cargo operations, mentor junior staff, and develop strategic carrier relationships in our LA hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-leg air freight operations
- Build and maintain relationships with key airline partners
- Mentor and train junior coordinators
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
- Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years in air freight industry
- Strong network with major airlines
- Leadership experience preferred
